This year’s holiday fundraiser supports the wonderful organization Women In Need, a group of dedicated individuals that have devoted their time to making the lives of women in our communities better. Helping families that have been through domestic violence, homelessness, substance abuse and incarceration, WIN truly is a winning non-profit organization that we are proud to support.

Santa Baby Fundraiser, Thursday November 29^th from 5pm to 9pm

We will be hosting a business networking fundraiser on Thursday November 29^th from 5pm to 9pm at the Beautiville Salon, Spa and Boutique. You will be treated to a special evening with a mini-spa treatment, complementary Pupus and beverages! And that’s not all that your time and effort will achieve. Through the $35 pre-sale ticket ($40 at the door), you will be directly helping many local women, children and families that need our help to get through some of the toughest times in their lives. And with the holidays already here, this could not come at a better time for most of them.

In addition to the treats you will receive at the spa you will also be entered into our hourly drawing for a chance to win spa services, products and other special prizes. Receive one raffle ticket at the door plus an additional raffle ticket for each baby item donated that you bring to the event or $10 for each additional ticket.

This is a great opportunity to join us in supporting one of our very own local charities, right in our own backyard.

Also feel free to donate unopened baby items throughout the next two weeks from November 26^th to December 10^th between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Donations will be collected at the Team Lally RE/MAX Kapolei office located next to Ace Hardware and Beautiville Salon and Spa – next to Kapolei Chinese Restaurant.

Team Lally Wants to Thank Our Supporters This Thanksgiving!

Each year we are lucky to be able to serve our clients in one successful real estate transaction after the other and as such, each time we are reminded of just how fortunate we are to have such a great client base! This Thanksgiving, we are showing our appreciation in a few different ways.

First, we’d like to offer a $25 donation to the charity of your choice for each referral we receive on your behalf. When I was looking to purchase a home, Adrienne herself picked me up and drove me around to look at homes. She was at our call whenever we wanted to look at a home!"

Brendan -"They were phenomenal! They were very quick to respond to all my phone calls and emails. They gave me great guidance on how to get the house prepped for the open house. We had an offer the first day, and a second offer the next day, and the house pretty much sold itself after that! Alesia Borja was great in the closing process. I had lots of questions because there were so many details that needed to be taken care of in order to close on time. She responded quickly and made lots of phone calls after hours in order to make sure the house closed on time!"

Geri -"I really enjoyed them helping me. We had a lot of paperwork going on at once, because we were selling a condo, purchasing a house, and doing the 1031 Exchange. They really helped out. I was in California, so there was a three hour time difference. I had a lot of questions, and some were pretty early in the morning for them, but they always got back to me promptly. When we were getting ready to sign the final papers, I noticed that the 1031 Exchange wasn’t on there. I got in touch with Alesia from Team Lally, and she helped me out.
