And Spotts Cleaning in their kerchief,

When out on the deck arose such a clatter

Alana from Kamaaina Property Management sprang from her desk to see what was the matter

Away to the house Hawaii VA Loans flew like a flash

Tore open the buyer credits and threw up their loan lock sash

The roof on the house under new-fallen snow

Gave the luster of mid-day to objects below

When what to my wondering eyes should appear

But Permit Check and eight tiny permits from the planning department reindeer

The Children were nestled all snug in their beds

While visions of report cards from American Renaisannce Academy danced in their heads

To all our cherished friends, neighbors, family and clients – we are so proud to have been able to work with you and be a part of your lives! As we end this year and turn to the exciting time and events that 2013 holds, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all that you bring to our lives.
