This week on the Team Lally Real Estate Radio Show, we interview Cara Giorgio of The Plaza Assisted Living. We talk about the communities at The Plaza and their care programs.

Who is Cara Giorgio ?

Cara grew up in California. She came to Hawaii through the Navy and has made Oahu her home for 15 years. She’s a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University with BA and MBA degrees. She joined The Plaza Assisted Living in 2017 as a Sales Manager and was promoted as the Director of Sales in 2019. In 2023, she became the Director of Sales and Marketing.

The mission of the Plaza Assisted Living is to create Assisted Living communities for Hawaii's seniors in familiar neighborhoods. Their purpose is to foster independence in their residents, support their loved ones and to empower their employees to make a difference. They now have six communities on Oahu: Kaneohe, Mililani, Moanalua, Pearl City, Punchbowl and Waikiki.

She responded quickly and made lots of phone calls after hours in order to make sure the house closed on time!"

Geri -"I really enjoyed them helping me. We had a lot of paperwork going on at once, because we were selling a condo, purchasing a house, and doing the 1031 Exchange. They really helped out. I was in California, so there was a three hour time difference. I had a lot of questions, and some were pretty early in the morning for them, but they always got back to me promptly.
