Hawaii Pacific’s Three-Pronged Guarantee

HI Pacific Property Management offers these three guarantees.

Today we are joined by a special guest, Duke Kimhan of Hawaii Pacific Property Management. Duke and his team offer three specific guarantees to all of their clients: communication, eviction, and rent.

The communication guarantee ensures that you’re always in contact with your property manager. The eviction guarantee states that if we have to evict someone we will pay for the legal costs. The rent guarantee says that they will rent your house for no less than a specified amount. If they have to rent it for less than that, they will pay you the difference.
