Tamafaiga Tuiteleleapaga is the Deputy Director of the Hawaii Youth Challenge Academy. The Hawaii Youth Challenge Academy focuses on training Cadets to be successful members of society through the use of an Eight Core Component framework. The Eight Core Components of the intervention model focuses on the holistic development of the Cadet. Deliberate experiential learning and training at the Academy are, therefore, created with these Eight Core Components as their foundation.

Abi has called Hawaii her home for the past 23 years. In her early teens, she left the city of Manila and moved to the beautiful island of Oahu.

Abi focuses her career on providing excellent customer service. She put herself through school while bartending and serving. She pursued her love of learning at Kapiolani Community College to earn her Associates in Liberal Arts and Associates in Science as an Educational Paraprofessional for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Abi then worked at the Hawaii School for the Deaf and Blind as a Teacher’s Assistant. There, she sharpened her problem-solving skills and learned to overcome diverse challenges.

Her love of learning and customer service continues today as a Realtor. She began when a good friend suggested taking a chance in an unfamiliar field. However, soon she found that her skills and talents were fit for the industry.

Whether it’s working at the restaurant, teaching children, or finding homes, Abi believes everyone can achieve their goals. She knows what hard work, determination, and commitment mean from growing up with like-minded parents.

Abi lives in Aiea with her husband and two rambunctious sons. She enjoys every minute spent with family and friends.

Geri -"I really enjoyed them helping me. We had a lot of paperwork going on at once, because we were selling a condo, purchasing a house, and doing the 1031 Exchange. They really helped out. I was in California, so there was a three hour time difference. I had a lot of questions, and some were pretty early in the morning for them, but they always got back to me promptly.
