Today Attilio and I are going to be stepping out of the limelight to show you our team and why they chose to work with us at Team Lally.

Nikki Hunter started as an intern with us and realized that our company is very family-oriented and very supportive. She likes the fact that she can still spend quality time with her family as well as help other people achieve their dream of home-ownership.

Kelii Lum is our Marketing Intern and he joined our team because he believes that you have to learn from the best to become the best. Chris found out about our team by searching for the 'Top Realtors of 2013', and got a position as an intern shortly after. He is very grateful to have a chance to learn how a top-producing team operates.

Lydia Bishop, our Realtor Associate, joined Team Lally because she wanted to be part of the best real estate team in Hawaii and gain experience with a successful real estate business.

Abi Johnson joined our team because she believed it would help her take her real estate career to the next level. She knows that our team will always support her and provide her with lead generation, marketing support and administrative support. Abi also enjoys the focus on customer service and the fact that the Lally Team provides a fun work environment.

We're cordially inviting you to the grand opening of our new office. All of our friends, 'frenemies', and family are invited to enjoy this event.
If you're reading this message over the shoulder of your coworker (yeah, you know who you are), you're also invited! We want to extend this invitation to anyone and everyone.

We will be giving away some awesome door prizes, providing entertainment, as well as free drinks (but make sure you have a designated driver...). Balloon artist Arthur Stout will be there, so if you've been dreaming of owning a light saber or pirate ship (in balloon form), this will be your chance.

Our new office is located across the street from the Kapaʻau Police Station, (so we have to behave) and around the corner from the Aloha Federal Credit Union in the James Campbell building across from the Kapolei Regional Park.

There is plenty of street parking, and underground parking is always free. Students from the Kapolei culinary class will also be providing the food, so you will definitely not want to miss out on this event.

I didn’t want to rent it because I was coming back maybe 5 months later so Adrienne went out of her way to find someone that was trustworthy to stay there to watch my house and my dog until I came back. Phil -"We bought a home and sold a home with them. Both experiences were excellent. They helped us with everything we didn’t understand. When I was looking to purchase a home, Adrienne herself picked me up and drove me around to look at homes. She was at our call whenever we wanted to look at a home!"

Brendan -"They were phenomenal! They were very quick to respond to all my phone calls and emails. They gave me great guidance on how to get the house prepped for the open house. We had an offer the first day, and a second offer the next day, and the house pretty much sold itself after that! Alesia Borja was great in the closing process. I had lots of questions because there were so many details that needed to be taken care of in order to close on time. She responded quickly and made lots of phone calls after hours in order to make sure the house closed on time!"

Geri -"I really enjoyed them helping me. We had a lot of paperwork going on at once, because we were selling a condo, purchasing a house, and doing the 1031 Exchange. They really helped out. I was in California, so there was a three hour time difference. I had a lot of questions, and some were pretty early in the morning for them, but they always got back to me promptly. When we were getting ready to sign the final papers, I noticed that the 1031 Exchange wasn’t on there. I got in touch with Alesia from Team Lally, and she helped me out. I enjoyed working with them, and I would do it again!"
