Eric is a health and performance coach whose passion is rooted in personal transformation and real-world experience. Originally from Costa Mesa and raised in Lakewood, California, Eric’s journey began when he lost 55 pounds during his sophomore year of high school—an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to fitness and wellness. A Chapman University graduate, he dedicates his time to studying hormones, coaching football, strength training, and raising his two boys to become strong, disciplined student athletes. His background allows him to connect deeply with clients and guide them with both empathy and expertise.
